In return you will work alongside seasoned security experts who will mentor you on your journey from IT enthusiast to cybersecurity champion!

Here’s a taste of what you will be doing as an Associate Information Security Analyst at The Nottingham

  • Promote and embed companywide information security compliance with security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Learn from the team around you, developing your knowledge of information security best practice and practical skills
  • You will support the information security team with daily, weekly, and monthly security checks.
  • Build relationships across the Society and network effectively with key stakeholders to engage, inform and educate the business in relation to information security matters.
  • Keep abreast of developments in best practice which could benefit the Society; play a pivotal role in driving a culture of continuous improvement centred by seeking insight, driving your own personal development, and spotting opportunities for operational efficiencies.
  • Your first 12- 18 months will involve study, on the job training with seasoned cyber security experts and investment in appropriate certifications vital to the success of your apprenticeship and future career in Cyber Security.

About you: -

You will have a minimum of 1-2 years of IT experience with a passion and interest in cyber security.

We are looking for someone highly driven and motivated with a desire to develop their career and commit to the development this role will provide.

You will be curious with a growth mindset and will proactively look for opportunities to learn and develop.
