What do you enjoy most about working at Nottingham Building Society? I'm very supported at Nottingham Building Society within my role. If I need help, I can ask for it. Although we work hard, we always make time for a laugh and a joke. What advice would you give someone applying for a role at Nottingham Building Society? If you're thinking about a career with Nottingham Building Society, let your personality shine through. Just be yourself, as they know you're not a robot. I would also say relax. As hard as it is to relax in an interview, it goes much smoother when you slow down, breathe and be yourself.

Our purpose also fosters a culture of positivity, community and teamwork, which I enjoy being a part of. How has Nottingham Building Society helped your personal and professional development so far? It was important for me to pursue a professional qualification to develop my skill set. And, ultimately, guide me in the direction of my career goals. Shortly after joining Nottingham Building Society, I was assigned a mentor. He'd already pursued a professional qualification with Nottingham Building Society. He's helped me massively by discussing the range of qualifications I'll be supported with.
