    • Drive Operational Resilience: Support the implementation of the Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring resilience requirements are seamlessly integrated into daily business operations.
    • Lead Resilience Testing: Take charge of planning and coordinating resilience testing and scenario exercises across Important Business Services (IBS), capturing outcomes and ensuring valuable insights are applied.
    • Monitor Impact Tolerances: Oversee impact tolerances and regularly assess services to ensure they meet defined resilience standards.
    • Collaborate with IBS Owners and SMEs: Work closely with IBS Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure comprehensive mapping of key resources—including people, processes, technology, data, facilities, and third parties—supporting IBS.
    • Track Remediation Actions: Monitor and report on the progress of resilience remediation actions, ensuring updates are provided to senior stakeholders.
    • Support Assurance Activities: Contribute to internal and regulatory assurance processes, providing key input into reports.
    • Enhance Resilience Frameworks: Help refine frameworks, tools, and templates that support resilience activities across the organisation.
    • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead efforts to improve operational resilience maturity and capabilities through cross-team collaboration.

    About you: -

    • Experience with Testing and Exercises: Proven track record in planning, coordinating, and delivering resilience testing and scenario exercises.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to confidently engage, challenge, and support stakeholders at all levels across business, risk, and technology functions.
    • Project Delivery Expertise: Strong organisational and project delivery skills, with experience in cross-functional environments.
    • Risk & Control Management: Proficient in applying risk and control management principles in operational resilience.
