- Providing clear leadership to specialist teams covering Facilities Management and Estates & Projects
- Advising senior leaders on the suitability of branch locations, based on customer needs, colleague requirements and strategic alignment
- Leading branch location reviews and sponsoring estate projects and investment activity
- Owning workplace and estate budgets, driving value for money and strong supplier oversight
- Strengthening governance, data, controls and reporting to support sound decision‑making
- Building team capability and resilience as services evolve, including greater use of outsourced partners
About you: -
- Experience in workplace services, facilities, estates, property or senior operational leadership
- A strong track record of leading, coaching and developing teams, including specialist roles and external partners
- Confidence running multi‑site, customer‑facing environments with clear accountability and grip
- Sound judgement and commercial awareness, with a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach
- The ability to balance customer outcomes, colleague experience, risk and cost, and to advise and influence senior stakeholders
Relevant professional qualifications are welcome but not essential – we value leadership capability, experience and mindset most.
